A contemporary dance showcase featuring six rising choreographers who participated in the 11th edition of Domestic Dance Study Program, an 8-month development initiative presented by DANCE BOX in Kobe, Japan. The showcase features six solo works, further developed and reimagined from each choreographer’s repertoire, including works originally created through the program. Engaging with the question, “Why dance alone?”, each choreographer explores the urgency and immediacy of the body on stage.
